ADVA-TECH FRP round bottle type cooling tower operates on the counter-flow principle. It is designed to give the best performance. The air-flow through the tower infill, is opposing to the flow of water. There is a meet of cold air and cooled water at the infill bottom. This provides maximal evaporation as well as heat transfer in the infill.
Casing & Basin
The tower casing is made with fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP). There is adequate structural strength to hold high wind velocities & vibrations. The leak-proof water collection sump is also made of FRP. It avoids water spillage etc.
Made of rigid PVC, the fill has honeycomb design and large contact area. The fill splits the air and water into different streams, which increases the time of contact as well as heat transfer. We can supply ABS and HIPS material fills for high-temperature uses.
Water Distribution System
There is fixed type water distribution system, made of GI pipes, multiple branches & plastic spray nozzles. The system ensures very low pressure drop and consistent distribution of water. For round bottle cooling towers, we can provide automatic rotary sprinkler system.
Well-designed and energy-efficient axial type fans with adaptable pitch. It is made with cast aluminum alloy or FRP. There are low noise level and low running cost.
TENC variety of completely enclosed flanged mounted motor. There are prolonged threaded shaft and IP-55 degree of protection. The electric motor is particularly designed for cooling tower applications.
All supporting steel units are hot-dip galvanized. There are minimized rusting and corrosion. The structure offers long service life in any condition.
